Still leaking, most seemed to come off anyways when I tightened the bolts down. Take some heavy items like dictionaries or bricks and place over the gasket for 30 minutes or so to allow the gasket to begin to stick to the cover in the correct alignment. Then apply a very thin film of permatex to the other side of the cork, place on the engine, and torque to the proper spec. Don't over torque it.
