Mob duplicator
I played kappa and it was so painful to set up all of the mob duplicators. At first I overdid it so the server kept crashing, but after a couple days of retry attempts I finally built it at the max speed the server could keep up. I then had to wait 10 days to get all the singularities with the server running.
Edit: If for some reason you absolutely must use the Mob Duplicator, it does appear you can remove it from the blacklist. Open the instance folder > config > open 'industrialforegoing.cfg' > find the line 'mob_duplicator' . Under that heading you can remove 'iceandfire:firedragon' and/or 'iceandfire:icedragon' .

Capture an enderman in the mob imprisonment device and put it in the duplicator.
