Lightroom subscription

Jan 3, 2024 · I've mistakenly purchased a mobile subscription to Lightroom. I don't want it as I want to be able to use Lightroom on my PC as well. I've asked for a cancellation and refund via Google play but they say I need to contact the developer ([email protected]). I've sent a couple of emails to that address and I only get automated replies.
