How to turn alienware lights off

The front panel lights are not working on my Alienware Auro R13. I checked the Alienware CC version and device drivers are updated to date. When I change the theme into Alienware CC, it changes the side panel lights and other lights but the front panel logo and lights are not changing. Any help on this is appreciated.
