How to fix a door that sticks. It certainly looks as though the door was not installed properly. When hanging a door it's important to make sure it's level but also straight so that you don't get the frame twisting and leaving the door unable to close properly as you are seeing. I know of no quick-and-dirty solutions that will resolve this.
