Honda crv squeaking noise when driving

Can anyone tell what this noise is? MK6 GTI. Sounds like it's coming from the rear on the drivers side. Engine/RPMs/idle all sound normal. Each time the noise occurs I can feel it like the car is going through a small bump. Much more noticeable when driving slowly.

Mine's a 2005 with EX trim, AWD, automatic, 136K miles.
