Before you enter a cave it's useful to know what to bring, think about how much food and water but even more important is your armor. Every cave has it's own risks and you need to be prepared for them. For example grappling hooks and soups are useful to bring. There are 2 kinds of caves, progression and resources caves.

On most official PvP servers alpha tribes only build in the Ice and Devourer caves, sometimes in the ocean caves or Pack cave but that's less common. If you're in a cluster with access to the FLC maps like Rag or Crystal Isles, you can get ahold of those blocked artifacts really easily and just transfer them back home. Help.
